Legality
BICDO has certificate of registration from Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Minster of Justice, General agreement with pertinent government offices of the Federal Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Commission (DPPC) and Project Agreements with Addis Ababa City Administration, and Oromia including Bureau of Foreign Relation and Development Cooperation (FRDCB), Education and Health Bureaus for its operation in Arada Sub-City of Addis Ababa and West Showa Zone of Oromia region. It undertakes external Audit annually and distribute to its partners/donors.
